House rules

Five rules keep the floor safe for everyone, from first-timers to fighters getting ready for a bout.

A boxer taping their hands before training
  1. Wrap your hands

Every session, every time. Wraps are sold at the front desk.

  2. Leave the ego outside

Sparring is practice, not a fight. Coaches stop any round that gets out of hand.

  3. Beginners spar last

Nobody spars until a coach says they are ready, usually after three months of classes.

  4. Wipe down your bag

There is a spray bottle at every station. Use it when your rounds are done.

  5. Ask questions

A coach walks the floor during every class. That is what they are there for.
